Along with the continued effort to apply enhanced health and safety standards, Couples is still providing:
Complimentary Antigen testing on property to all US residents*. and
Complimentary PCR testing within three days of their intended departure if they are staying 6 nights or more. How hard is that when we travel for 7 nights, 95% of the time?
The whole process is very easy: Antigen & PCR tests will be scheduled during check-in at the resort. Guests will be responsible for arriving during the testing window provided. If missed, guests will have to reschedule or make their own arrangements. If a guest claims a false-positive result, they can retest at their own expense.
In keeping with CDC guidelines, if you happen to test positive, you will be required to quarantine for 5 days. Couples will provide complimentary accommodation for their quarantine period. If an additional room is necessary, a separate room will be made available at a deeply discounted rate.

*Results will be available via email within 24 hours. **For complimentary stays or guests staying less than 6 nights, guests will be responsible for the cost of the tests which is approximately $105 USD per person. Results will be available via email within 48 hours.
