ABOUT SHALENE
Shalene is the Owner of Latitude Concierge Travels and is a Certified Destination Wedding and Groups Specialist. Having been introduced to wedding travel and planning through her personal experience as a destination bride, she is determined to ensure each experience is as unique as you are. With over 14 years of experience as a Project Manager, event management and coordination are well within her area of expertise.

- Initial consultation - 1 hr phone call
- Choose your service: Travel Concierge, Wedding Concierge, Destination Concierge
- Sign Plan to go agreement - commitment to secure booking
- Full management of your event includes booking and confirmation of venue and all guests
- Travel to your location!
+ WHAT IS A PLAN TO GO AGREEMENT?
The Plan to Go Agreement gives Latitude permission to provide planning services for you and your group, and to transact with resorts on your behalf. It requires a non-refundable deposit.
+ WHEN ARE FINAL PAYMENTS DUE
Group balance payments are due 75 days before departure.
